Refund policy
The Short Version: We want you to love your gear. If we messed up, we’ll fix it. If you ordered a custom piece and spelled your own name wrong, that’s on you. Read the actual rules below.
Standard Returns We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at [Insert Customer Service Email]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be ignored and not refunded.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions Because of the nature of what we do, certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Custom and Personalized Goods: Custom laser-engraved items, personalized 3D prints, and custom tumblers are final sale. We make these specifically for you, so unless we made a glaring error, they cannot be returned.

Digital Downloads: All digital products (like design files) are final sale and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

Sale Items: Anything bought on clearance or with a major discount code is final sale.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging in your email so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if it's eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
