The Short Version We know you want your stuff yesterday, but we aren't a massive corporate warehouse with delivery drones. We make these items by hand, and good things take a minute. We promise it’s worth the wait.
Processing Times Because almost everything we do—from laser engraving to 3D printing—is made to order or personalized just for you, we need a little time to work our magic.

Standard orders take 1 to 2 business days to create, pack, and prep for shipment.

During heavy holiday seasons or massive drops, processing times might take a bit longer. We will always keep you updated if there is a delay.

Remember: Processing time is how long it takes us to make your item. Shipping time is how long it takes the mail carrier to get it to your door.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and where they are going. All orders ship directly out of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can stalk your package all the way to your mailbox. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Local Pickup If you are local to the Fort Smith area and want to skip the shipping fees, select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready with instructions on when and where to grab your gear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Once we hand your package over to USPS, UPS, or whoever is driving the delivery truck, what happens to it is entirely out of our hands. We cannot control weather delays, carrier mix-ups, or slow transit times.

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, please check with your neighbors, your mail carrier, or your local post office.

We are not responsible for packages stolen by porch pirates.
Wrong Address Entered at Checkout Double-check your shipping address before you hit pay. If you enter the wrong address and the package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send it back out to the correct address. If it gets delivered to the wrong address because of a typo on your end, we will not replace the items for free.
